- Resumen: En los últimos años se ha producido un incremento de los concursos de empresas papeleras. Las características del sector hacen que estemos ante empresas de capital intensivo cuya situación de insolvencia tiene especial trascendencia para la economía española, lo que obliga a buscar una solución que evite la destrucción del tejido empresarial. La venta de la unidad productiva se erige como la solución más conveniente para los intereses del concurso, pues asegura la mayor satisfacción de los acreedores, la continuidad empresarial y el mantenimiento de los puestos de trabajo. En este sentido, la contratación de una entidad especializada para la difusión y publicidad del activo puede garantizar el éxito en la operación. ----------ABSTRACT---------- In recent years there has been an increase in the competition of paper companies. The characteristics of the sector mean that we are dealing with capital-intensive companies whose insolvency situation is of particular importance for the Spanish economy, which makes it necessary to find a solution that avoids the destruction of the business fabric. The sale of the productive unit stands as the most convenient solution for the interests of the bankruptcy, as it ensures the greatest satisfaction of creditors, business continuity and the maintenance of jobs. In this sense, the hiring of a specialized entity for the dissemination and publicity of the asset can guarantee the success of the operation.
