- Resumen: El tema de tesis es la arquitectura civil segoviana en el Plateresco. El trabajo se estructura en tres partes: una primera, el marco teórico, que, a su vez, se divide en tres capítulos, que se ocupan de aspectos urbanos, formales, tipológicos y constructivos. La segunda, que analiza y caracteriza los edificios platerescos, donde se estudian las viviendas individualmente y, una tercera, dedicada a la conservación patrimonial de los edificios. Como principal conclusión del trabajo, se constata la presencia de una estructura estilística, cuando no decorativa, que se diferencia de la gótica y que afecta a todas las disciplinas que intervienen en el proceso constructivo. ABSTRACT The theme of the thesis is Civil Architecture in Segovia during the Plateresque (XVI century). The work is structured in three parts: first, theoretical frame that also consists of three chapters dealing with urban, formal, and typological and constructive aspects. In the second are analyzed and characterized the plateresque buildings and houses are studied individually; and the third is dedicated to the heritage conservation of the buildings. The main conclusion is the presence of a stylistic structure, when not decorative, differs from the Gothic and that affects all the disciplines that intervene in the constructive process.
