- Resumen: Esta investigación analiza las características perceptivas en los entornos construidos, de un sector específico de personas con discapacidad intelectual. Desarrolla unas estrategias cognitivas arquitectónicas que proporcionan para ese colectivo una mejora en el funcionamiento y uso de las edificaciones y que sirven para todos, sin ninguna limitación ni distinción. El objetivo de esta tesis es incorporar un constructo de ese sector específico de la discapacidad intelectual, fundamentado en ensayos de expresión artística (entorno cultural (DI), ensayos arquitectónicos (entorno arquitectónico DI) y ensayos docentes (entorno educativo DI) que sirve para establecer y ordenar un sistema multidimensional, denominado Disarquitectura, iniciando criterios de atención hacia los procesos proyectuales y los entornos edificados, de cualquier tipología, escala y uso. Estos tres entornos de la discapacidad intelectual son contrastados con los entornos generales, usados por todos, para demostrar que no existen ningunas limitaciones en el uso de la arquitectura cognitiva para el resto de la sociedad. Para llegar a este objetivo se realiza un recorrido sobré los parámetros necesarios que resuelvan los problemas existentes en el funcionamiento habitual de personas con limitaciones perceptivas, creando Sistemas Arquitectónicos de Comunicación (SARC) que atiende a seis dimensiones básicas: I-Generación, II-Transición, III-Circulación, IV-Cognoscitiva, V-Activación y VIEmoción. El tratamiento multidisciplinar dado en esta tesis, junto con la utilización de un sector vulnerable, como es el de la discapacidad intelectual, son las bases fundamentales para contactar y obtener de una parte de la sociedad aplicaciones en arquitectura que sirva para toda la ciudadanía. ----------ABSTRACT---------- This research analyzes the perceptual features, in built environments, of a specific sector of people with intellectual disabilities. It develops some cognitive architectural strategies that will improve the performance and the usual use of the buildings for that collective and will serve for all the people, without any limitation or distinction. The objective of this thesis is to incorporate a construct of that specific sector of intellectual disability, based in trials of artistic expression (cultural environment ID), architectural trials (architectural environment ID) and teaching trials (educational environment ID) that will serve to establish and organize a multidimensional system, called Disarchitecture, starting criteria of attention towards project processes and built environments, of any typology, scale and use. These three environments of intellectual disability are contrasted with common environments, used by all the people, to demonstrate that there don’t exist any limitations in the use of the cognitive architecture to the rest of the society. To reach this objective, a tour is done over the necessary parameters to solve the existing problems in the normal functions of people with perceptual disabilities, creating Architectural Systems of Communication (ARC) that meet six basic dimensions: I-Generation, II-Transition, IIICirculation, IV-Know, V-Activation and Vi-Emotion. The multidisciplinary treatment given in this thesis, together with the use of a vulnerable sector, as the intellectual disability is, are the essential bases to contact with and to get from a part of the society, applications in architecture that will serve for all the citizenship.
